KPOINT
CAPITAL

Institutional experience.Direct access.

KPoint Capital provides customized public‑market portfolio management to individuals, families and business owners with complex investment circumstances.

The Firm

Large‑firm experience, without the large‑firm model.

KPoint Capital is an independent registered investment adviser managing customized portfolios for a deliberately limited number of client relationships. Portfolios are constructed around each client's objectives, tax position, liquidity requirements and tolerance for risk — not drawn from a menu of standardized models.

The firm was established in 2025 on more than twenty‑five years of institutional market experience. Its structure is deliberate. Investment decisions are made within the firm and communicated directly, without the layers of intermediation that separate most clients from the management of their capital.

Approach

A disciplined, research‑driven process, applied one portfolio at a time.

Customized portfolios

Portfolios may incorporate equities, ETFs, income‑oriented and dividend strategies, fixed income and cash management, and other public‑market exposures where appropriate. Construction accounts for tax position, liquidity requirements, and the coordination of taxable and retirement accounts.

Direct access

Clients engage directly with the principal responsible for their portfolio. There is no intermediary layer between the client and the decisions being made — no committee handing down an allocation, and no house model to be filled.

Independence

KPoint maintains no proprietary products, no distribution obligations and no affiliated broker‑dealer. Investment decisions are made on the basis of client circumstances. The firm is compensated by its clients, and by no one else.

Business owners & retirement assets

Experience with investment assets held through Solo 401(k), cash balance, defined‑benefit and defined‑contribution structures, IRAs and Roth accounts — managed in coordination with a client's third‑party administrator, accountant and attorney, who continue to perform those roles.

Engagement

A considered process, with no obligation at any stage.

One

Conversation

A discussion of circumstances, existing accounts, objectives and constraints. No presentation, no proposal, and no expectation that anything be moved.

Two

Portfolio design

Where there is a fit, a written proposal setting out how a portfolio would be constructed and managed, what it would cost, and the risks it carries.

Three

Ongoing management

Portfolios are managed on a continuing basis, with regular review and direct access throughout.
